For those of my nakama and potential nakama who may wish to recognize me for the next couple of weeks, this is my planned disguise for the Vice-Admiral's party. I'm not one for elaborate costumes, and thus changing my overall appearance seemed to be the safest option. After the party I will do what I can to find a suitable salon in order to return to my usual hair color, however, the style will be staying until my hair grows out again.

I told the man at the salon that it needed to be convincingly blonde, so yes. He did lighten my eyebrows a few shades. It isn't incredibly noticeable, even up close, but it does make an overall difference.

It is certainly a change, Robin. I can't say that it is a bad one, but unexpected to be sure.

That is, ultimately, the idea. I'm not one for masks or bodysuits, but I needed some way to not be easily distinguished. I hope the change in hairstyle alone will be enough to throw the Marines off. There isn't much I can do about my facial structure that wouldn't be permanent.

Spandam was responsible for accidentally calling for the utter destruction of our island in a fit of gutless rage. You were there, if I recall. Personally, I would put more blame on him. At least you have more than two braincells to rub together.

I can take care of myself, but it's essential to have good backup on any mission. I do wonder in what context you made such a promise, however.

Someone had to give him the authority to use a Buster Call. My understanding was that they are actually somewhat rare. I could be wrong, however, and the Marines could be giving that authority out like candy. Either way, I have a sneaking suspicion that Spandam was a pawn in his own right, being used by someone else who set him up as a scapegoat.

Jyabura-san cares about you and Kaku-san, even if he doesn't show it very well. I'll do my best to keep an eye on you. But who should I be watching for?

That much is apparent, but unless you're implying that that person was you, I fail to see the correlation to your purported guilt.

No. A wig could be dislodged, and look somewhat off if the hair underneath isn't pinned up correctly.
